在 84 年，小弟以香港同胞身份，回國學習，有幸參觀過這地下長城工程，是從北京百貨公司一個隱蔽入口進去，領導聲明外籍人士不得進入，內有餐廳，會堂，通道，其餘地點不開放。

According to what I read on the web this morning (from various websites and articles), 816 工程 wasn't scuttled until 1984. The public had no knowledge of the project until the top-secret status was removed and some confidential info was declassified sometime in 2002.

不必客气。很高兴你喜欢这精彩演出。“这个视频真正展示出无声胜有声”，你这话可谓画龙点睛，说到了关键。这些演员都生活在无声世界里，根本听不见音乐，所以在排练时得完全依靠那几位白衣女子的指挥。不过我感到，她们在演出时，已经不再依赖于指挥，因为她们（还有部分男演员）已经达到了炉火纯青的地步。她们付出了何等艰巨的努力，可想而知。相比之下，我们这些身体功能健全的人不得不感到惭愧。有一年回国时，我在人民大会堂观看了这一演出。她们的演出确实令人非常感动。很多观众热泪盈眶，在演出结束后踊跃捐款。

多谢你的介绍。 The Cheyenne Mountain Complex 听起来也很厉害，不仅技术工艺高超，而且整个设施建筑在由花岗岩形成的山腹之中，其占地面积 5 英亩，工程艰巨，令人赞叹。与 816工程截然不同的是 NORAD 真正派上了用场，且至今仍在继续运作，有关军事部门一直对监视全球上空的电脑系统等不断进行着技术上的更新与升级。
