: It's a divorce, so decree, not judgment. Also, "proceed to" doesn't add anything to the sentence.

Correct about 'proceed', only included it as part of the question, did not know it was about a divorce sentence though as there was nothing to suggest this in the question, but I see now that Asker asked other questions concerning the divorce sentence.
