Il termine "sinettica" deriva dal greco e significa unire tra loro elementi differenti e che, apparentemente, non hanno alcuna relazione tra loro e divenne famoso negli anni '60, quando William J. J. Gordon pubblicò il libro: "Synectics".

Summary
This seems to be a misspelling. 'sinettica' is a word in Italian, found in Trecani dictionary, which has fallen out of use and refers to a type of mathematical formula. I believe that what was supposed to be written was 'Sintetica' which would be a summary.
