My personal preference within this particular context would be to use "among other things" instead of different forms of the standard "by way of non-limiting example"
Google Results 1 - 10 of about 1,480,000 for "by way of non-limiting example". (0.63 seconds)
because when considering the entire phrase, it seems overly redundant.

(I feel that suggestions should actually fit in with the syntax of the sentence in which they are intended to be incorporated..)
