In my humble opinion, considering this is a presentation of a company, it needs to be self-promoting and not self-critical.
I love "resting on your laurels" but I see it in under different circumstances.
Here's what I think:
"La XX non vive arroccata al top della piramide, anzi ridefinisce costantemente il significato di lusso"
XX does not revel in her success being a fixture on the fashion world. Quite the contrary, she constantly redefines the meaning of luxury".

my translation term should read: REVEL IN HER SUCCESS (or current status) and then add "as a fixture".
