I used to work for Starwood Hotels and they were always organizing these at their hotels - the correct "snappy" English term is "Incentive Trips"

I worked in tourism for a wholesale tour operator in the UK and I was responsible for booking incentives.
An incentive trip was usually referred to a single destination, if more destinations involved then I used to talk about an Incentive tour.
