other-focused
I'm not sure this term corresponds in psychological language, but it is definitely often used and readily understood in diverse contexts.
Example sentence:
learn to be more genuinely other-focused

: Agree works best as pendant to self-centered, as here: "che richiede il passaggio dalla dimensione di auto centratura a quello di etero centratura" http://ismo.edinf.com/j/files/offerta/aggiorn/teambuild.PDF

heterocentric
Heterocentric is a synonym for heterosexism - but of course can depend a little on context.
In job interviews, I would say it means they demonstrate a prejudice for another person's gender or sexual preferences - especially against gays.
The opposite of 'gay friendly' ( a common way of describing someone who has a positive attitute towrd homosexuals or homosexuality - independeent of their own gender or sexual identity).
See the first URL reference for the etymology of the word 'heterocentric.'
Definition: a heterosexual, cissexual, straight-acting person who conforms to conventional gender roles [web source]

BTW - I didn't invent or write the Wikipedia entry - nor the example sentence. 'heterocentric' is a common contemporary idiom in describing realtionships (relazionali).

A web search of "heterocentric relationships" brings up only three results for me (not that web searches should be a determinant for translation questions) - and all of them match the definition I provide here.
Similarly, searching "heterocentric means" brings up only results matching my definition.
[I suppose I could have just said my answer and insisted you believe me believe me because I said so - without any other evidence - but fortunately I added some context.]
But, if it's just a question of saying opinions without proof - I have never heard 'heterocentric' used in any other context in my 50 years - and cannot find any other definition for it in my English language dictionaries or medical glossaries.
