Thanks again everyone, I think it-s sounds better with all your suggestion. This sentence sounds the same as the Italian, what with the rhyme, but there-s always room for improvement!
my glorious blessed Lady
now give me light, you
for the road of virtue
that of sanctity
that for sanctity
Oh Splendidissima Signora
ora dammi luce Tu
per il cammino di virtù
quello della santità
quello per la santità.

now show me Thy light
and I wouldn't say "road". I'd say "way" or "path".
Road sounds like a ****ing motorway :)

and I wouldn't say "Lady" either. But hey, I'm not the translator.

: also agree with "path" (no freeways to sanctity, unfortunately! And even if there were, with my luck, I would probably take a wrong exit anyway and get lost in the back alleys of Purgatory County!)

give me your light, now
I like your version, and I agree it is closer to the cadence of the original, though I think in English the emphasis sounds better on now. Just preference.
Another idea: in the repetition, instead of repeating that of, I would repeat the actual noun, I would insert commas, and I would translate "per" as to or maybe even toward.
for the road of virtue,
the road of sanctity,
the road toward sanctity

now give me light too
Putting together several suggestions, cadence and rhyme can be improved by using 'too' instead of 'you'.
Example sentence:
now give me light too
along the path of virtue
Something went wrong...
