Il sound e' in effetti dinamitardo come nei migliori dischi di rock sudista, e Puss ha forse i riff piu' epidermici."

Not totally sure about this, but it seems an obvious interpretation.

Googling "musica epidermica" seems to confirm this. You could also say "catchy" or "memorable" or anything along those lines.
