I agree with Phil that you should shorten it in EN - substantially. But perhaps to incorporate the major points, you could says Departmental office of strategy management". but omit the 'operational unit' thingy since it means nothing. 'Unita Operativa Dipartmentale' is simply 'Department'. They even give us a clue by saying "semplice" LOL!!

Strategy Management: The New Support Function
The exhibit “The Old Strategy Calendar” depicts the strategy management schedule at a typical large company.
