well-care (child) visit
This is seen more frequently than "well child care visit" which seems like a bit of clunky wording.

: this is a more generic term - the source refers to the post-partum period 1-45 days

I believe this is a viable translation. Check the schedule in both references

: I would say this is a more generic term which covers all the visits a child has in its first years while as the source refers to the post-partum period 1-45 days I think a more specific term is implied
I did-just said it's general not that it's not used

post-natal follow-up check up/visits
I don't know whether your target is US or UK but in the UK we refer to them in this way. They are scheduled visits during the first six weeks after birth in which the baby is weighed and any feeding issues or problems the mother may have are dealt with. In England they are usually carried out by a health visitor at the patient's home or at a 'sure start centre'. As in Italy the patient usually has to go to the local hospital/clinic to have the baby weighed I would use 'check up' not visit.
in day to day speak I've also heard mothers refer to them as 'baby weigh ins'

childhood screening checkups
Maybe this is not exact but I think the concept is basically the same - Periodic age-appropriate tests.
I think the best translation of "filtro" is "screening"
for instance
http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/Screening/Pages/Checkschildhood.a...
Childhood screening
Screening for children continues up to the age of 16 and is designed to make sure that any health problems they may have are spotted and can be dealt with early. Tests include:
Health Screening For Children - MedicineNet
www.medicinenet.com › home › healthy kids center › healthy kids az list
3 Oct 2005 - Health screening benefits the overall health of the child. It is through checkups and tests that physicians can identify potential health problems.

Discussion
So, I believe the term the asker refers to is generic, and not only referred to newborns (although the child's age is specified on every visit sheet). Hope it helps.
