The points should go to Martini for recognising the reference. There way be other ways translating this accurately, but an exact equivalent to "il modello unico" has no exact or near equivalent in other English speaking countries so there can be no one single right translation.

: Hi Phil, I did my own tax returns for years in Italy "liquidazione" means payment. The phrase "liquidazione unico" doesn't exist. However the idea is you pay income tax, Vat and national insurance all in one go using one form and one tax return.

The "da liquidazione..." phrase in the document appears to be bureaucratic shorthand having the meaning "from payment OF THE AMOUNT OWED FROM single tax return form..."
It can't be società, because then it would be unica. Socio?
