- My guess is that it is referring to conditions applying for the entire duration of doing business together, ie until the very end of things, but not sure quite how to put it.

: While subject-verb constructions are definitely preferable to weighty nominalisations, over use of gerunds/present participles tend to weaken sentence construction IMHO.
