Glossary entry (derived from question below)
Italiano term
tirocinio di orientamento e formazione
I want to translate with "AGREEMENT FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF A TRAINING AND VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE APPRENTICESHIP" but it seems too wordy
how about 'VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE TRAINEESHIP' instead of 'TRAINING AND VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE APPRENTICESHIP'?

Proposed translations
internship/apprenticeship
tirocinio [n] apprenticeship; training; internship; probation t. collettivo: collective training ¦¦ t. professionale: vocational training ¦¦ fare il t. in banca: to do one's training in a bank ¦¦ fare il proprio t.: to do one's training; to serve one's apprenticeship; to keep one's terms (as a probationer)
The thing about a tirocinio in Italy is that it is not exactly a course; legally, it is more similar to an actual job (ie often the trainee actually gets paid, rather than having to pay) and it often goes w/ a specific legal and tax status as well...

Now, clearly, if you are doing any sort of tirocinio, you WILL be receiving BOTH orientation and training (formazione), so, while in Italian it is fine to put it ALL in there, I would do a massive trim in the English version, so as to avoid redundancy (the IT>EN translator's worst nightmare!) ;)
