In a master agreement for the provision for all sorts of services and supply contracts. Is this a "SURETY BOND" or a "PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE" (i.e. just a repetition of the beginning of the sentence) or a "GUARANTEE AGREEMENT" as per previous proz answers ? I think Surety Bond is right given the description in the link below but I'm not sure.

In the US a "surety bond" is generally defined as a guarantee to pay a creditor if the principal debtor defaults. In UK English it is simply called a "guarantee". A "fideiussione **bancaria**" is a bank surety bond or a bank guarantee. They don't have to be given by banks, but it is often taken for granted in the context that they are.
Surety bonds are often qualified as performance or commercial surety bonds according to the nature of the debt, but they are all surety bonds or guarantees.

: They can also be bought through insurance or other bonding agents other than banks. And this is specifically the 'adempimento' bond - i.e. performance bond.

because a surety/bond is a guarantee, by rewriting the section as something like:
'Total and partial performance bond(ing)'
This is of course only a suggestion - but I think it's necessary to point this out because 'fideiussione' alone is just 'bond/guarantee' but I think the adjective 'performance' and 'bond' need to be brought together.
Just a suggestion.
