In ambito rapporti commerciali con Ministeri ed Enti Locali Territoriali regionali e provinciali ho finalizzato e spesso gestito contratti sulle aree Protezione Civile, Trasporti, Catasto, Urbanistica, Agricoltura.
I have a feeling that Ente Locale Territorial has no real equivalent in English, but I'm not sure.

: I'm not sure of the subtle difference (if any) between 'locali' and 'territoriali'. You could also say local government.

: We don't really use this term, even though it translates the Italian. Agree with what Phil says.
