Discussion

Anna ZANNELLA (asker) Aug 3, 2011:
Sorry but i think the answer has avoided the question. I can see the phrase "ove è previsto". However the phrase was this "limitatamente alle forme technique". You're saying this is entirey redundant? I tend to think it is saying "according to the type of finance provided and where applicable."
philgoddard Jul 29, 2011:
Thanks for the context, which is very helpful, though I still don't understand the phrase you've asked about!
Anna ZANNELLA (asker) Jul 29, 2011:
tired my apologies for spelling mistakes,... i can hardly make out the letters in faxed or copied 7 point PDF ...
Anna ZANNELLA (asker) Jul 29, 2011:
List item - Commissione di massimo scoperto trimestrale applicata per scoperte di valuta o saldo debitore sui conti correnti non affidati (viene calcolata sull punta massima di utlizzo verificatasi (?) sul trimestre *limitatamente alle forme tecniche ove e' prevista) pari a €1.25 ... thanks.
Anna ZANNELLA (asker) Jul 29, 2011:
context sorry Phil, my query was essentially whether the PDF writer was being metaphoric or using a dedicated financial term or reference. I expect they are being metaphoric... ok ..
philgoddard Jul 29, 2011:
Is this OCR? It's full of mistakes, and the correct spelling is "tecniche". Also, we need at least one full sentence.

where applicable

if you want to summarise the idea

or literally:

only for the type of loan/credit line to which the commission applies

it means that this commission does not apply to all types of loans

forme tecniche refers to the various types of credit lines

No avoidance!
as I provided the whole translation is in the body of the answer, as well as an explanation.
also:
as you may see in the translation I provided this is one concept
"forme tecniche ove è prevista" not separate concepts as you are suggesting
