"Dominc Shiach directs Patsy Kensit and Jason Priestley in the psychological thriller Dark Side. The film centers on a lawyer named Megan Wright who begins investigating the murder of her twin sister."

The Dark Shadow
I think as it's the title of a documentary it sounds better with the article 'The' instead of 'A' at the beginning - it has more impact. Plus, I like the idea better of Dark Shadow in English as it connects better with the subject matter ie illegal dumping and oil spills leaving a dark shadow, something done under cover, something foreboding...

: Although "The darks side", is perfectly reasonable, it does suggest that there is another light side to illegal dumping and spills.
