se si tratta di un hotel, si puo' dire "attention to amenities".. altrimenti direi "attention
se si tratta di un hotel, si puo' dire "attention to amenities".. altrimenti direi "tangible attention to detail". I think that the word tangible, combined with detail, conveys the same concept as "concreto" in that context.
