With regard to administration and operation of the Client Structure going forward, the director/shareholder must contact the external service provider directly. The client advisor will no longer act as an intermediary between director/shareholder/BO on the one side and the ESP on the other side. The interaction with UBS respectively the Client Advisor must be limited to company account related instructions with the authorized signatory holders.
