a vostro avviso, come dovrebbe essere interpretato "title" nella frase qui sotto?
"X will sell to the Purchaser the land required for each particular phase of the Project on an as-is, where-is basis, at the Purchaser’s sole risk and peril, except only with respect to title."
Si tratto di una lettera d'intenti per un'operazione immobiliare in Canada.

Se ci fosse un numerino dopo "title" sarebbe tutto chiaro: "salvo per quanto specificato all'articolo X". Magari se lo sono dimenticato...
