"Succession" in English usually means one thing following on from another, although yes, it can mean transfer of title or assets, though this meaning is more prevalent in French than in English. Adrian's observation that 'giusta' is a false friend unrelated to the noun it qualifies is simply bizarre.

pursuant to devolution of succession mortis causa -> as successors-in-law by reason of death

giusta - a trick Italian preposition that may look like it agrees with 'successione', but doesn't.

It's unclear what prefaces 'a tutti i venditori', but the Vendors (now the user-friendlier term of Sellers in E&W since the 1980 National or Standard Conditions of Sale of Land) may be selling inherited land (Scots law: heritage) to Purchasers (now Buyers) on what I think is a probate sale.
Example sentence:

“succession” means succession to the estate of a deceased person and covers all forms of transfer of assets, rights and obligations by reason of death ...

Peer comment(s):

disagree Andrew Bramhall : Pure pedantry. Giusta just means rightful, succession means inheritance.//Not that plain English, Phil! Also, 'devolution of succession' only applies in intestacy cases, which isn't stated here.

agree philgoddard : I agree with your second, plain English version, which shows there's no reason to use Latin.

neutral Andrew Bramhall : "declaration of succession" would be understood by most anglophones as referring to monarchy; //No Phil, AMM is mistaken. "Devolution of succession" only occurs when there is no official will, and he has not realised this.

agree writeaway : Your second reference shows a genuine native English expert legal translator, so I'd assume her answer is 100% correct, as usual
10 hrs
neutral philgoddard : I agree with your explanation of 'giusta', but I think Adrian has already provided a good translation.
