CT poligrafia

Italian to English Other Medical (general)
In the results of a polysomnography, there are many acronyms, some in English and some in Italian to make life more difficult!
here's the context:
"eventi ipoapnoici di tipo ostruttivo con componente desaturativa fasica.
AHIa 8.8
ODI al 3% 16.3
Sat. media 93
Desat. media 91
CT 7.9"

obviously, CT does not stand for CT scan, I guess T is time, but what about C?

Any help is highly appreciated.

@Luigi Tieni presente che nel testo sono stati omessi tutti i simboli "%" (ad esempio, Sat. media 93 dovrebbe essere Sat. media 93%). Tenendo conto dell'AHI di 8.8, una CT90 del 7,9% nel corso dell'intera notte ci sta tutta. Purtroppo però, dato che mancano il "90" e il simbolo "%", non è possibile esserne sicuri.

Cumulative Time "CT 90 è la percentuale di tempo di sonno trascorso con saturazione dell'O2 inferiore al 90%." In questo caso tuttavia non fa riferimento ad una percentuale ma ad una misura assoluta del tempo (7.9 secondi). Quindi lascerei solo "Cumulative Time" senza 90

@Luigi Ci avevo pensato anch'io, ma un contenuto totale di ossigeno più basso di oltre la metà del minimo della norma per la sola apnea non è possibile.

Contenuto Totale di ossigeno (O2 CT) Essendo tutti parametri riferiti in qualche modo all'ossigenazione (AHI: Apnoea Hipopnoea Index; ODI: Oxygen Desaturation Index) ritengo che CT si riferisca appunto alla O2 CT (il valore pù basso rispetto alla norma è coerente con i valori di saturazione più bassi)

Poligrafía is nothing to do with lie detectors - it's respiratory polygraphy. Is "CT poligrafía" followed by a figure in seconds, like CT? And could CT be respiratory cycle time, the time taken to breathe in and out?
