I would go with:
"It is agreed that if my wife fails to survive me", but it is not exacly what I want, any ideas? Thanks again.

This may be too informal, but it is what is meant. There may be another, more standard formulation for wills.

"in case of" in English does not mean "nel caso di". We want to say that "when it happens" not (we are taking measures) "in case it happens", i.e. Nel caso in cui ....
