Die fünf Luxushotels von St. Moritz haben in den letzten 15 Jahren zusammen gut 400 Mio. Franken investiert. Dazu kommen weitere 200 Mio. in den nächsten 2 Jahren.
Alle fünf Hotels wurden bereits vor dem 1. Weltkrieg gebaut. Das Kulm Hotel – und mit ihm die ganze St. Moritzer Hotellerie – feiert zur Zeit den 150. Geburtstag, aber auch das Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains (1864), Badrutt’s Palace Hotel (1896), das Suvretta House (1912) und das Carlton (1913) sind echte Traditionshotels. Sie stellen rund 30% der St. Moritzer Hotelkapazität. Weitere 30% stehen in den 8 ebenfalls weitgehend renovierten Erstklasshäusern.
Das Hotel Carlton wird zur Zeit zum ersten Luxus-Suitenhotel der Alpen umgebaut – für gut 60 Mio. Franken, mit grosszügiger Wellnesslandschaft. Auch das Badrutt’s Palace Hotel steckt weitere 15 Mio. Franken in ein neues Bade- und Wellnesszentrum. Das Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains baut für gut 30 Mio. Franken neue Residenzen sowie ein innovatives Diagnose- und Präventivzentrum. Das Kulm Hotel investiert 25 Mio. Franken in so genannte „Spa-Suiten“, eine Bibliothek, einen Kinderspielplatz und weitere Infrastrukturen, und das Suvretta House investiert vergleichbare Summen in Zimmer und Suiten.
Nach diesen Investitionen ist die St. Moritzer Hotellerie gut gerüstet für den Wettbewerb um den anspruchsvollsten Gast im globalisierten Markt. Bereits heute kommen 70% der St. Moritzer Gäste aus dem Ausland. In der Luxushotellerie dürfte es über 80% sein.

Il Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains sta costruendo nuove residenze ed un centro innovativo per la diagnosi e la prevenzione (30 milioni di franchi). L’Hotel Kulm prevede una spesa di 25 milioni di franchi per le così dette „Spa-suites“, una biblioteca, uno spazio dedicato ai bambini ed altre infrastrutture. Infine, la Suvretta House sta investendo altrettante somme in stanze e suites.
Dopo questi investimenti, il complesso alberghiero di St. Moritz si puó dir pronto alla sfida per il cliente più esigente del mercato globalizzato. Oggi il 70% dell’ospitalità di St. Moritz è estera. Negli alberghi di lusso potrebbe diventare l’80%.

Usare l’interruttore differenziale FI (salvavita) quando si lavora all’esterno
Non usare alcun dispositivo elettrico in caso di pioggia
Lampadine:
Inserire la lampadina con il voltaggio richiesto (Watt)
Accendere l’interruttore di sicurezza quando si cambia la lampadina
