I pretty much understand terratetto, even if we don't have an obvious single term for it in English but terracielo has defeated me, even after extensive searching.

In genere si dice terra-cielo...o terratetto, comunque indica l'intero stabile, l'intero palazzo, palazzetto o palazzina che sia: con questo termine si intendono tutti i piani, tutte le unità abitative...TUTTO.
