This is reference to the types of bags that are used for pharmaceuticals etc. for i.v. infusion and similar delivery methods.
Are they simply called bags or is there a sector specific term?

I think "bag" would probably be OK. Have a look at the hits for "pharmaceutical bags", for instance. Maybe in some instances you could use something like "pouch" or even "sachet". More long-winded might be "resealable plastic bag" or "Ziplock bag". But if you're not sure, just plain "bag" should see you right.
