Italiano term

sacca

Da Italiano a Inglese Medico/Sanitario pharmaceuticals
This is reference to the types of bags that are used for pharmaceuticals etc. for i.v. infusion and similar delivery methods.

Are they simply called bags or is there a sector specific term?

I think "bag" would probably be OK. Have a look at the hits for "pharmaceutical bags", for instance. Maybe in some instances you could use something like "pouch" or even "sachet". More long-winded might be "resealable plastic bag" or "Ziplock bag". But if you're not sure, just plain "bag" should see you right.
