So this is the office of University Relations, Research ... and what? How would we translate "sperimentazioni gestionali" here?
Google Translate gives "trial management" ... which looks good, but I don't know if I can trust it.

Anche nel settore sanitario, come in quasi tutti i governi europei, sono stati
elaborato programmi mirati a rimuovere vincoli all’entrata di soggetti privati nei
sistemi di finanziamento e di erogazione di servizi sanitari. Il processo di
