Ciao Joseph, da una rubrica medica su corriere della sera.it la spiegazione a granulia infonodale è la seguente "credo che granulia linfonodale esprima che ci sono piccoli linfonodi verosimilmente senza importanza patologica".
Poi ti indico anche il seguente estratto:
"The tubercles -visible to the naked eye are a little larger
than the fine gray granules of the granulia. 1 Further they are
distributed in loose clusters about the bronchi, and not at hazard
as are the granulia." This is from LESSONS IN PATHOLOGICAL
