Discharge letter
This is a discharge letter for a patient who has a diagnosis of bleeding haemorrhoids with anaemia due to blood loss, with a history of AMI, receiving double antiaggregant therapy, "gia operato per ETPL di emicolectomia dx." I cannot find ETPL anywhere. Does anybody know this acronym please??

the source text seems a bit muddled, but I think what they probably mean to say is that the patient had a tumour (eteroplasia = ETPL) that was treated by surgiright colon resection. Hope it helps!
