Summons
This is a phrase from one of the stamps at the end of a summons.
This stamp reads:
a mani XXXnameXXX
capace, t.q. addetto incaricato per
la ricezione degli atti.
I have tried to figure this out, but have no idea what this could mean. I think "a mani" may be referring to handing something in "by hand" but I am not sure if this is right, and do not know what "capace" refers to.
