Italiano term

t.q.

Da Italiano a Inglese Legale/Brevetti Legale (generale) Summons
This is a phrase from one of the stamps at the end of a summons.

This stamp reads:

a mani XXXnameXXX
capace, t.q. addetto incaricato per
la ricezione degli atti.

I have translated the ending of this as:

By hand Mr XXX
?????? Officer in charge of
receipt of writs.

The question marks are where I am unclear about this bbreviation t.q.

@ Phil Thank you for all your help with this and other questions. I am sending translation off as it is as I don't actually think this term alters the meaning much.

It could be "tale quale", but I'm not sure.
