If I were you, I would use the same terminology of The New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (also known as New York Arbitration Convention), which was ratified by Italy on 31 January, 1969.

In the matter of an objection ('demurrer') to a declaration recognis/zing a foreign award

Careful about using the term of demurrer - it is supposed to 'gone out of US and UK' legal usage, but is still used in EN criminal justice.

Note that, in Scots law, the declaration might be termed a 'declarator' cf. in ESP/Lat. Am. > el declaratorio.
Example sentence:

A demurrer is a pleading in a lawsuit that objects to or challenges a pleading filed by an opposing party. The word demur means "to object"
