full right to sub-assign

or fully entitled to sub-assign

I think there is a distinction between licensing and assigning

sub-licenza would be sub-licensing
but here you have sub-cessione which should be sub-assignment

e.g. see this with regard to patents

Peer comment(s):

neutral Thomas Roberts : since an assignee receives full rights, and doesn't need permission to dispose of them, surely they would in turn simply assign, rather than sub-assign?

I see what you mean, but -this is how it is called in the text in Italian and also in English .-I am posting the ref. in my answer
agree Adrian MM. (X) : no reason why there can't be a sub-assignment by analogy with a subsale in land conveyancing vs. in a subtask sense. A sub-assignment would be absolute, but licensing is prospectively limited in time and scope.
