more hits dosn't necessarily mean correct one and surely doesn't automatically mean the other option is wrong. as i said, u might be right but I would be careful in stating an option reported on Garzanti is wrong (then again, maybe it is but net & dics give results so it must not be that wrong after all...)

you might be right but if you try searching "gains-sharing" on google you get many hits regarding contracts etc. it doesn't seem wrong to me
