Confused...if schemi del bilancio are the financial statements of the company....then how do I translate prospetti contabili here (it makes no sense to me as they cannot also be financial statements), below I understand is the balance sheet (stato patrimoniale), thanks

Ref. your note "it makes no sense to me as they cannot also be financial statements" - "SCHEMI DEL BILANCIO DELL’IMPRESA" may be the schedules to the financial statements, generally in the notes, or in fact these may be the "prospetti"!

schemi is the term used by the Italian Civil Code to refer to Stato Patrimoniale and Conto Economico
Prospetti may simply refer to the way in which they are presented (in forma di prospetto) and prospetti are generally all the tables that show the changes that have occurred during the year
somehow, I think schemi is the broader statutory framework and the prospetti are the tables themselves presenting the data
