I have this Italian word in a Spanish document - I think it may mean representation of some sort, but I'm not sure if it's a representation or agent agreement they're signing or some other kind of document:

This is a particular kind of contract or agreement in Italy where no agency relationship exists between the parties. The Independent contractor undertake to procure business for the client and only then will he/she be paid commission or a fee. It seems to me in your document they are talking about the actual "business procured" or "found" by the person representing (in a loose way) the Company signing the agreement.
Business finding (="procacciatore d'affari" in Italian) is a particular "agency" mode, recognized and codified in many parts of the world. Hope it helps some.
