Italiano term
percorso sinuoso
Da Italiano a Inglese

Architettura
Una villa con un percorso sinuoso che ci accompagna ai vari livelli da cui si snodano i vari ambienti in una sequenza originale e raffinata.
It's talking about a converted windmill. The walls are all curvy. The stairs go up the sides of these curved walls: this is what they mean by the 'percorso sinuoso'. Can't think of how to render it nicely in English. Any help would be appreciated.

spirals, of course... or winds round; I mean, I suppose it's constant in its curve rather than meandering!

sinuous way
trad. letterale
già in italiano non mi sembra "sinuoso" molto appropriato !

Thanks. The problem with pathway is that we don't usually find these inside the home. They are outdoor features in my opinion. |

"winding route" or "winding circulation route"
ok?
Note from asker:
Thanks for the help. I have problem with the word 'winding'. For me 'winding' implies more than one bend but here the staircase goes up the wall on a curve that accounts for about one eighth of a circle. |

winding road
just a thought

spiralling vertical circulation route
try this !
4 ore
winding (external) stairway
another possibility
