Da Italiano a Inglese Marketing Pubblicità/Pubbliche relazioni magazine advertisements
as in "destra rigore" and "sinistra rigore"
these are items on a list of requirements for booking adverts with a certain magazine (such as price, position of the ad, size etc.) Can't find anything that even points me vaguely in the right direction. Can anyone shed any light? Thanks Sue

explanation from client (surprised? I was!) "In pubblicità i clienti possono richiedere una posizione obbligatoria: una pagina destra o una pagina sinistra, magari perché a fronte di un articolo che interessa, ecc"
but they didn't tell me how they translated it and didn't ask for my help either and have not answered my request as to what they put. So we know exactly what it is ... tomorrow I shall have a look see if I can find the English equivalent, matter of principle!

At the moment, I see "positioning", "rigid(ly)" and "justified" and I'm not able to judge, but here's a further idea: "posizione di rigore" is "premium position" in this context, though this is normally on the right-hand page of a magazine. I suppose there may be a "premium position" also on the left (in the top half, I imagine). Might this be "premium position (left-hand)" and "premium position (right-hand)" or "premium left" and "premium right"? It might also be "preferred left" / "preferred right", or even "special left" / "special right", since "preferred" and "special" are also used for this sort of thing in advertising.

Neither "destra rigore" nor "sinistra rigore" gets any Google hits. Could it mean flush left/right?
