References are one thing, but everyday English is another. You have to put yourself in the reader's shoes and not confuse them.

Also, Wikipedia is written by ordinary people who make mistakes, and "fiction literature" is one in my opinion.

I believe "historical" is just wrong. It's not what the Spanish says. But I don't often disagree with your answers, because they're good.

Finally, feel free to criticize my suggestion if you feel the terms aren't relevant to the asker's question, however, it seems rather dubious to me to criticize the terms per se when they are clearly established literary genres.

To begin with, I didn't make either of those terms up myself, as you can see from the Wikipedia references.
Secondly, regarding "historical fiction literature", it's not a tautology given that, again per the reference, "Although the term [historical fiction] is commonly used as a synonym for historical fiction literature, it can also be applied to other types of narrative, including theatre, opera, cinema, and television, as well as video games and graphic novels," hence the "literature" part refers to historical fiction published in a literary format.
Third, "Obras que novelan y/o fabulan a partir de biografías de personajes reales conocidos, o situaciones documentadas de la realidad internacional" certainly sounds historical to me, even if it's about someone still alive (unless it's about their future).
Fourth, while "nonfiction novel" may sound to you like a contradiction in terms, Encyclopedia Britannica refers to it as "[a] story of actual people and actual events told with the dramatic techniques of a novel" and says "The American writer Truman Capote claimed to have invented this genre with his book In Cold Blood (1965)." https://www.britannica.com/art/nonfiction-novel
