One of 5 bullet points in a section beginning:
"Il presente Documento è stato predisposto al fine di mettere a fattor comune:"
I can see this is talking about some sort of proven ability or capacity, but I cannot see exactly what this refers to, i.e. capacity/ability of/in what? or am I missing the point? And would it work to re-position this hyphenated sub-phrase at the beginning in order to break the paragraph into sentences?
le aspettative degli azionisti - in ragione della comprovata capacità, sulla base dei risultati di questi anni e della significativa conoscenza dello specifico mercato di riferimento e della capacità di fidelizzazione dei clienti nel settore di nicchia in cui il Gruppo opera - di poter gestire efficacemente l’attuazione del Piano di Risanamento 2013 e quindi di poter completare il percorso del Gruppo, mantenendo la posizione di leadership, evitando che il risanamento si traduca, a fine Piano, sostanzialmente in una liquidazione di fatto del Gruppo;

given [the Group's] proven capacity
I see what you mean here. It's a little confusing. This is how I break it down.
Given [A] [the Group's] proven capacity -- as shown by its results over these past years -- [B] its in-depth knowledge of the specific reference market, [C] and its ability to encourage customer loyalty in the niche sector in which the Group operates, the shareholders expect that it will be able to effectively manage....etc.
I see this "proven capacity" phrase as part of this list of positive attributes of the group. The phrase immediately following, the part about the "results," I see that as exclusively modifying "proven capacity." Why is the capacity proven? Because of the results over the past few years....etc.
And it is because of all of these factors that the shareholders have certain expectations.
This is just my take.
