balance Explanation: To balance the accounts. If you have a credit of 1000 and a debit of 600 on a goods account, the balance (saldo) will be a profit of 400. To close the account and transfer the profit to the profit and loss account you make an a debit entry of 400 \"balance carried down\" per \"chiudere il conto in pareggio\" then you have balanced (pareggiato) the account with 1000 and 1000 then you draw a line under it and on the credit side you write 400 transferred to profit and loss. You can\'t really do SAP if you don\'t know double entry. |
