The actuator member is axially movable along the rotary axis between a first position and a second position to control rotary drag forces within the clutch assembly to effect engagement and disengagement, respectively, of the clutch assembly.
The first rotary clutch portion is rotatably disposed about the rotational axis of the driven accessory and as will be discussed in more detail below, can serve as an element that can be employed to input a drag force to the wrap spring to thereby control the operation of the clutch assembly.
The return spring also biases the first teasing surface of the teaser into frictional engagement with the second teasing surface on the drive member and consequently, a rotary drag force is created that causes the teaser (and therefore the return spring, the actuator member and the first rotary clutch member) to rotate with the drive member in the predetermined rotational direction.
when positioned in the second position, the actuator member can optionally contact or abut the electromagnet to apply a drag force to the actuator member that resists rotation of the actuator member (relative to the housing) in the predetermined rotational direction
the actuator may be operated to translate the teaser axially away from the drive member such that the first and second teasing surfaces and can disengage one another and optionally to frictionally engage the body of the actuator member to the electromagnet to create a drag force that is transmitted to the control tang that causes the helical coils of the wrap spring to wrap or coil more tightly to more fully disengage the interior clutch surface on the drive member.

Il primo link non funziona. Eccone un altro:
drag force è da intendersi quella di resistenza aerodinamica mentre la lift force è interpretabile come una forza di spinta aerodinamica.
