This is from the preamble to an agreement:

X, compagnie constituée en vertu de la Partie IA de la Loi sur les compagnies (Québec), ayant son siège social au 123, rue Y, en la ville de Montréal, province de Québec, agissant et représentée aux présentes par monsieur Dupont, son président, dûment autorisé aux fins des présentes, **tel qu'il le déclare**

Standard boilerplate including the very last phrase, but how does one translate it? "...as stated by him"? I am tempted to leave it out together but wonder if there is something suitable.

A few ideas, but it does not actually add anything to the meaning, however maybe it's best to convey the idea that M. Dupont is holding himself out as authorised to enter the Agreement

Alternatively how about "as duly stated by him" - sounds a bit more official, n'est-ce pas?
