Demurrage/Despatch rates

The Demurrage rate agreed for shipments from XX to XX shall be US$ XX per day pro-rata. Despatch is at half of demurrage rate.

For shipments from XX to XX the Demurrage rate shall be US$ XX per day pro-rata. Despatch is at half of demurrage rate.

For the remaining shipments under this Side Letter the Demurrage and Despatch rates shall be informed by Buyer to Seller upon each vessel nomination, as per the relevant Charter Party governing the voyage.

Whenever requested by Seller, Buyer shall present copy of the performing vessel´s Charter Party.
