What do recipes in Australia look like? Is there a website that shows recipes for Australians?

How do Australians convert cups, tablespoons, teaspoons, etc?

Most households here would use the measuring cup and spoon sets that are available in every supermarket. I'm originally from the UK and find a lot of recipes here pretty simple because you are not constantly measuring stuff on your scales, just using cups and spoons.

Also be aware of different names for foods, e.g. in Australia bell peppers are capsicums, aubergine is eggplant, cilantro is coriander, there are also different types of flour and cream which can cause confusion. Both those websites above include articles about these differences.

Hope this helps!
