Hello everybody!
As I will spend the next 2 weeks in Korea, I thought it would be a great opportunity to meet colleagues from Seoul and around.

I suggest Friday the 10th (but it could also be Saturday, if more convenient), the exact hour and place to be agreed by participants.

The meeting schedule would include getting to know each other, chating about translator's work and life, having some fun.

So, where do we meet and at what time? I'm pretty flexible as concerns time, but a bit limited as to knowing nice places here , so I'd rather follow your recommendationicon_smile.gif I'm based in COEX, but of course, can travel to any place, provided that I will receive a clear instructions how to get thereicon_smile.gif)

Hello! I just got the informaton since I'm a new comer. Will we meet? I'm quite interested. I'm living in Gyunggi-do, south part, so I prefer south part of Seoul, like Gangnam station or Sadang station.
What do you think of meet at 3 pm for tea and getting know each other and then have dinner or have fun if everyone agrees?

reminded how crazy it is at around Samsung station.icon_biggrin.gif Any special place you have in mind? Or we can just go for a common coffeehouse like Starbucks or Coffee beans, well, I'd prefer to meet ag Gangnam or Samsung station. Magda, what do you think?

I prefer tea to coffee. Well, there's one place I know around Gangnam Station, specifically behind the City theater. They have coffee, tea and cakes. ^^
Also, if you want to have wine in reasonable price, we can go wine buffet. '-')/

Samsung station Oct 10, 2008

here is what I suggest: I will be waiting at Samsung station, exit number 4 (outside,on top of stairs) at 4 pm. we can all meet here and then go to some place or, if you agree some other place (Gangnam or other), festinalente, can you then pick me up and we will go there together?
I will be easy to find: I will wear a green hat!

Is there any technical problems? There's no updates after my last posting.
I got 2 update e-mail about "Samsung station" at "4:30" pm and someone (guess festinalente) will pick us up? And Magda is wearing green hat? right?
Samsung station would be okay with me, but hope don't go far from Sadang station anymore, please.

Hello all,
I was waiting with my green hat on at 4 pm, but I guess we somehow missed each other. Shall we try tomorrow again, then?
It will be terrible to be so close and just miss the opportunity to meeticon_smile.gif let's agree the best time for everybody - for me the best would be sometime in the afternoon - 5-6.
