I am translating a compensation request form for people who have had their bag stolen on board a train.
The form asks the person's personal details, circumstances of the theft etc and then lists some items that you can attach to the compensation request form.

These are:
Denuncia di furto presentata all'Autorità Giudiziaria
Originale del biglietto
Bollettino auto al seguito
Bollettino moto al seguito
Distinta particolareggiata delle cose sottratte

And you check the box of the document(s) you are attaching to the form.

I am a little unsure of the meaning "bollettino auto al seguito" (and of course the one after it as well) because as far as I can tell, 'al seguito' means something you take on board that accompanies you on the journey - is this correct in this context? And can you transport a car with you on your journey?

I have a feeling I may have misunderstood this term! I would appreciate your help.
