Ufficio attualmente dipendente dal Registro e inglobato nell'Agenzia del Territorio, dove si effettuano le trascrizioni dei diritti di proprietà immobiliari, le iscrizioni delle ipoteche e la registrazione di altri atti (per esempio le locazioni immobiliari)
