I've never seen anyone sign off a letter with "my girl" or ";y" anything else. Given that we live in a theoretically monogamous society, that he's calling her "my one and only", i.e. "the only woman ?I love", then "All my love" would fit.

: with Callista: the phrase as it is it's a nonsense - "mia ragazza" is either the last part of the last sentence of the letter, or it should be "la tua ragazza, tony" (if tony can be a feminine name :) or "il tuo ragazzo, tony"
